A synonym for fine and well-defined coffee, Sidama takes its origin from its people, who pass down millennial knowledge in the fertile context of the Highlands (volcanic soil and abundant rainfall). An arabica that, unlike others from the same region, is processed using the washed method, grown in small batches with slow methods that give it a premium classification (Grade 2).

Whether filtered or espresso, it has a light body and releases hints of fresh fruit, citrus, and spices for those who appreciate acidity and don't look back.  

Aroma: Notes of citrus, fresh fruit, and spices.

Roast: Medium artisanal.
