The region of São Paulo offers one of the most renowned coffee areas, Mogiana. This Single Origin takes us to gentle plateaus, traversed by 200 years of tradition in its cultivation. We like to think that when we prepare a moka pot of Mogiana, the sound evokes in the distance the trains of the Companhia Mogiana that crossed it to export these prized coffees all over the world.

In the cup, whether espresso or moka, it presents itself as sweet with a rather low acidity and intense body, a characteristic profile of this area.
Aroma: Notes of dark chocolate, hazelnut, and caramel.
Roast: Medium artisanal.
