Colombia - Supremo de Laboyos (Single Origin)
A high-altitude coffee harvested in the mountainous context of the Macizo Colombiano, which gives rise to a complex of unique water reserves in the world. The “Laboyos” community has contributed to the production of a very prized washed coffee, through a rigorous and continuous selection of large beans that are now officially classified as Supremos.
Profile:
In the cup, whether espresso or moka, it brings all its territorial complexity with a round body and medium acidity, citrus and sweet notes.
Aroma: Notes of sweet citrus, almond, walnut, and grapefruit.
Roast: Medium artisan.
Grind: Whole beans (to preserve all the freshness until preparation).
